Well, here's what I'm thinking of doing. A lot of martial arts schools want websites, but don't have the know-how to design them well. I have some experience designing that type of website, and I know a few people who network with schools around the country, so I'm thinking maybe I could consult in that area, and perhaps in some related areas like alternative health care websites. Need to think more about it, but that's the gist of the idea I'm currently hatching.
That's commonly known as self-defense - right? :-)

I have left the kids alone mostly this week. I think they're doing okay. Last week there was so much crap happening that I ended up staying with them for a lot of days and nights. I felt kinda bad about crashing at their place so many times with them being newlyweds and all even though they were wanting me there. I am hoping (fingers crossing) that they have had a few days to feel like newlyweds since last Monday at least. :-)
I've got a lot of lovely friends and family planning to gather and greet them on Sunday afternoon now. All folks who will love them and support them. I sure hope this makes up a bit for the detestable behavior they've been exposed to in the last 3 weeks!
That sounds like a good plan... go with what you know, and where your contacts are.
If you need any PHP/MySQL type work done, let me know. ;~D And if we need any business writing done, I'll let you know.

I have discovered lately that my friends still find it hideous that I can drink without morning-after affects. Seems they all hoped with age and many years without alcohol that I'd have deteriorated to their level. Fooled 'em. :-)

I've been hanging out at my best friend's house. My best friend for years and years is PurpleQ's mom. We've been acting young and stupid as usual! LOL
I have also been doing a good bit of homework on things Jewish in order to make my son-in-law feel welcome. I figure after all the $hi+ from other family members I gotta do some extra homework to make it better. All in all it's a fascinating study and has given me some interesting new insight for my own spiritual growth. Or, maybe I should say, given me a baby step into study. A whole new bunch of learning has opened up to me. I am enjoying it. :-)
And I've been spending time with another old friend that I haven't seen much of for the last few years. It's been a nice time with old friends and new study. :-)

This many days off and nights out with friends tends to make for sleeping late. Guess I'll have to be clueless on the mini-dramas. :-)
