I wonder if a strategically-placed fan and/or smokeless ashtray would help.
And when you do complain to/about neighbors, I've found it helps to have a copy of the lease handy to point out what part of the lease is being violated.

Just picked up a case of Diet-Rite. I don't like it as much as Diet Coke. But it's sweetened with Splenda, has no caffeine and no sodium.
And, best of all, I just read that in phase two of South Beach...you can have wine...how come nobody told me that?

I thought we done told ya about a box fan. You really don't need something large. Just a small fan, blowing out should help. Give it a try.

'zactly. We signed up for the "free" AOHell for the week. It worked, but it was a pain. Especially when I tried to get rid of 'em.
There's enough vacation rental places around this country. This could work ya know. I just have no idea how to make it happen.

Definitely! It drowns out systems that only go up to 10 :)
And when they tick you off, I would never consider installing an ultrasonic pain-field generator that will irritate them 24 hours a day without them being able to detect the source--far be it from me to contemplate such a thing. . .
