Well, bitty girl finally got to sleep last night. It took her sleeping with us, using me as a pacifier. Every time I tied to put her down she was writhing as if in pain. However, as soon as I put her next to me, she settled right down.

Yeah, The Shootist was done between Music Man and American Graffiti. Wasn't that John Wayne's last movie? I think he was dying of lung cancer while making it; it mirrored his character in the movie, who was also dying.

Okay, I finally broke down and looked it up :) Here is a list of Ron Howard's work between "Andy Griffith" and "Happy Days". BTW "Shootist" was in 1976 after "Happy Days" had already started.
