I can't really think of ANY vegetables or fruits I don't like...so I'm not sure how long I could stick to pure Atkins. I know you can have vegetables at all stages...but have to measure.
I kind of do lazy-Atkins. I eat mostly meat/protein, with vegetables. I only eat peppers, brocoli, green beans, or salad, and I eat as much of those as I want. With dinner I'll sometimes have a little rice, if the meal isn't too high in carbs.
When I'm on my own, I shall have to watch things more carefully. Ah... put scale on to-buy list.

Same here :) I could get by on a vegetarian diet--did that for a while, actually.
