Aside from Survivor: Pearl Islands, it's the only reality show I watch. I'm already laughing my butt off over Team Pizza...not 10 minutes into the show..."You scumbag!" LOL
It's actually one of the few shows I'll make a point to watch.
MXC, Monster House, and American Chopper are the others.
I can't see it!
Apparently, the pic is present intermittently. Never fear, it's on the Yahoo group site as well (that's how I got it linkable).
Good evenin' everyone!
We have some pretty bad brush fires in the area and the smoke was pretty thick outside earlier. It's cleared up a bit now, thank goodness.
My mom and I drove across the state today. Went all the way to Fort Myers through Naples. Checked out some houses, bought a lottery ticket. All in all, pretty boring, but we both had a travel itch that needed scratching.
Got to try out the Rav4's cruise control feature though. That was a nice thing to have. Unfortunately, my rear end's numb from the long car ride.
Note to self: Bring pillow to sit on the next time I'm taking a LONG drive.
It comes and goes. I don't know why.
Those beaded seat mats are exquisite, and completely eliminate numb-butt!
I bought one about 5 years ago when I got a sales job that required a lot of driving...and I never looked back.
Glad to hear that the brush fires are not a concern any longer...and good luck on the lotto!
Those beaded seat covers look uncomfortable, although I do see lots of folks have them. Hmmm.....
Anyway, the forestry division said they have the fires 50% contained, so we hope they'll be gone by the end of the weekend.
And there's never any hope in the lotto, but my mom insists that tickets bought ~away~ from where you live are luckier. *grin*
We're looking at the Naples area as a possibility for Clare when it comes time for college. Ave Maria University is building a new campus, and a new town to go with it near Immokalee.
It's a beautiful place, but a bit spendy to live there.
And it's only a couple of hours away from me, if'n you need me to check up on things. ;-)
Oops, I should have pinged you to the Butt Balm pic too! ;)
Hi there!
:-) Everyone's got their system! I remember when I was a kid, I used to go to Bingo nights with my Grandmother. You should have seen all the other ladies who had these elaborate systems, trinkets, charms, etc...all "guaranteed to win".
Good deal. Shooter, I didn't realize your son was a Marine. Cool beans. I'm glad you got in touch with Winmag.
Any early picks to win this season?
Although they're currently underdogs, I'm going with Chip/Kim. They work well together, and are one of the only couples not to argue in the first leg of the race.
HI Bear!
Butt Balm won't help. *sigh* :-)
No, really I moved an extra dresser out of the closet, and into my radio room. LOL
The Bingo Dames down at the Indian reservation have collections of trolls or Beanie Babies that they use as lucky charms. hehehehe....
LOL, no, I never make any picks. I probably won't even get familiar enough with the teams to remember their names. I just refer to them in generic terms, i.e. the Fat Guys, the Moms, Dad & Daughter, B*tch & Boytoy, etc. No Gay Guys this time around, at least!
I ~really~ want to stay up and chat, but I am dead tired.
See you all tomorrow! Good night!
