What is it??
I'm having a blueberry muffin, 2 eggs with cheddar cheese and Lousianna hotsauce and coffee for breakfast...mmmmm!
Not as good as Scott's salsa, but still...pretty good!
Chance never bothered me! I guess I'm just too dominent for him!!
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy...
Oh...never seen it.
I guess that's what you have planned for me at next moot??
Heh.... The book is great... but there was a really campy low-budget BBC series that did episodes from it... They have only a very small cult following.
Jen was talkin' that they might make a movie. It could be good!
Doesn't g'nad like it too?
Everything you've ever posted has seemed awful weird...I bet I'd like it!
I bet you could find the book at the library!
And there's an audio series the BBC did that's pretty good. Very funny!
As I recall, there are a few parts that are slightly risque...but nothing too bad.
I'm pickier 'n most...
Mostly it's just incredibly bizarre and funny.
It's a lazy morning!
I gotta get two new VCRs today...or at least one new VCR and a TV/VCR combo. Youch.
But then that should be it...the one time expenses for school next year will be done. All that's left will be curriculum, which is a yearly expense. Not too bad.
The thing g'nad and I quote back and forth is from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.... VEY different.
How is it risque??
So...
I'm half thinking of restarting the Cool Runnings program...maybe start at week three or something. Anything you'd be interested in?
I've still been walking...and maybe I should just stick with that...but there's still something intriguing about trying to run.
Earth - Mostly Harmless
Cool runnings? I'm intrigued! What is it?
I really want to run, but don't want to start now when it's 90 out...
The first three books of the Hitchhiker's Trilogy are funny, and pretty safe. The last two aren't either, IMO - there were some really good bits in "So Long and Thanks for All The Fish", but what on Earth was "Mostly Harmless" about, even?
2J, the series is "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy", "The Restaurant at the End of the Universe", "Life, the Universe, and Everything", "So Long and Thanks for All the Fish", and "Mostly Harmless". Author was Douglas Adams (always British, currently dead).
I'm not sure. Maybe when I get to Colorado; right now it's tough to do anything. I am planning to stay in good shape in CO.
Sigh. Got on the scale this morning and it's higher than it should be. :(
But it's a program that builds you up to running three miles a day. Starts off with mostly walking, and works from there. We did it partway back in February or so, but I gradually got out of it...don't think I was quite ready, for one. But I'm lighter now and more energetic, so maybe I'd be OK this time around.
I'm still up a bit from vacation.
But ya gotta splurge a bit now and then!
However, I haven't really done a hard walk or exercise of any sort in a week or more.
Groop I implore thee,
And hoopticiously drangle me with crinkly bindlewurdles/
Or I will rend thee in the gobblewarts with my blurglecruncheon,
see if I don't!
Did you finish it? What did you think?
