Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
...Tree and flower and leaf and grass
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

I dunno if that would work or not.
I've found that when I start drinking, I seem to understand wimminfolk better. [ducking]
OK... maybe it just *seems* that way. :-)

Hair - great looking quilts and a fascinating story behind each one. very nice indeed.

Well... I'm still online and haven't been kicked off my wifi yet. Cain't 'splain it.
I'm using Mozilla now, while interesting, it is not among the possible answers.

I don't particularly care what you have to use to solve this wifi problem from the watering hole! Long as it gets you here I am a contented woman. :-)

I would be contented too, to figure out what's causing my wifi woes. And... it isn't just here anymore. It's all over now. I get it a the office and at the 'partment and at home.
I don't think it's a provider issue. I think there's something hinky with this machine that is causing the prob. Tried to update drivers and firmware... but got warnings that my new updates were the same as those in use... so I'm thinkin' that ain't it.
But now here I sit and I've been on for an hour almost, and no worries. No changes made. The only thing worse than a problem that won't go away is a problem that goes away without a hint as to why...
huh.
