Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
...Tree and flower and leaf and grass
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Wow - no coffee yet? How the heck to y'all function? Great pics of Abagail.

Back from 'Downtown' seems the TMC does observe the 4th. "you shouldn't have had a clinic visit today - it's a holiday". I was informed I could file a complaint. Why?
Six months ago, the computer obviously wasn't programmed to black out the day. Tweren't her fault. Call tommorrow and see about another, just on maintenance and observation so, no big deal.
The Freeways, Parkways and Boulevards certainly function well when there is virtually no traffic. Catching up a bit and BBQ is on the agenda for later. Ribbessess.

Thanks! She was the hit of the party yesterday at my cousin Will's house. He just put in a new pool in the back yard, and was itchin to break it in :-) It was almost a reg'lar family reunion.
None of that side of thefamily had met babygirl before, so we got to do a bit of showing off! She smiles, coos, and laughs outright these days. She also has this position she likes to do. We call it her "Praise Jesus" position, LOL! I sure think she is precious when she does that :-)

So, I'll just keep praying about it, and see where I'm directed. That's an interesting development. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers for discernment.

I thought to get in-state tuition, you'd just have to declare your permanent address to be in CO.

We'll be putting up a page, I think we've got them all now!I can't wait for the page!!! :-)
Can't wait to see what you've got when you get home either! :-)
Alas, I am about to have to leave and go back to Wichita. Am putting it off right now cause Aunt Cheryl is napping. Don't want to wake her up just to leave so I have an excuse to wait a bit longer.
I need a new job in a location I like. *sigh*

Will pray for your visit to the Building Dept. You have my sympathies on wall sections. That is the one kind of work I hope I don't ever have to do!

Hullo, yet another break. But I am leaving to take Sam to the vet momentarily. He's been shedding like crazy. Gots his frontline, so I don't think it's bites. But I gave him a bath this afternoon.
With all the hair he shed I coulda clothed three more dogs...
Then ran out the drugstore to pick up Nana's meds...all $400 worth...what's a conservative to do?
Also stopped by Home Depot to get some paint samples for Jr's room...Dang they do make metallic silver for walls and trim...
