I actually saw that opera and had a marvelous time!
I didn't think I'd like operas at all, until I broke down and saw La Boheme with my youngest sister, Roxy. It's vey cool!
Right now, I'm watching a pretty neat movie. Some wizard-looking dude just walked two short guys into the woods and asked one of them about a ring.
Aren't ya'll married now? Don't ya'll know about pillow talk? :-D
Just got back from seeing Spider-Man 2... wow! Really good movie!
LOL, been on restriction for the past 6 weeks ya know. It's almost like we're datin again :-)
It was one of the operas I played in the orchestra for in college, so I never have ~seen~ it performed.
Absolutely gorgeous music! That love duet at the end of Act I just gives me goosebumps.
Hmmm... is this movie worth watching? Are there any redeeming qualities in it? klselngfiowennkj dlclitenea genvnoeksne dlivenlse agiog enpoibvneri
I'm tryin' to talk Hair into going to see Spider-Man 2 with me, but she's not sure about it.
I truly believe that you both would love it.
It's quite beautiful and the music stays with you.
PQ says, so are the in different rooms or something. Have you sent PE to the guest room? So's now you have to email each other only? We know labor's hard....
elf-boy wants to see it too. his birthday party is going to be spiderman.
I saw the funniest short film on PBS one night. It was a woman narrating in an almost bored voice a synopsis of several well known operas and she would display paper cutouts of the characters or settings as she narrated. It was a hoot as she talked about the murders, unrequited love, gods making life tough for folks on earth, etc. The best one was when she talked about the Ring Cycle. It was so much fun, and I've love to have it on video or DVD.
OK, I warned ya about posting goobledy-gook.
Put the drink down and step away from the keyboard! LOL!
Ain't no e-mail. Didja send it parcel post?
We will now wait for the interpretation...
*looks left, looks right* No kids around...ok.
Is Gandalf hitting an invisible bong there or is it just me?
Must be all that Pink Floyd I listen to!
Why? Ramius doesn't. And PQ still have stuff in her glass. :-)

Wizard-duel!!
hehehe, actually, I was sleeping downstairs on the hide-a-bed for awhile, until my hips could handle our hard as a rock mattress again.
I wish we had more chance here to get out to the opera or theater. We did subscribe to the "Broadway Under the Stars" series next season.
