I'm kidding, but it's all perspective, I found FR when I was 19, I'm 25 now, the entire time it's gotten more and more civil, and less strident. All great social movements fizzle out, you and I are both too young to have witnessed the beginning of this one (Goldwater presidential run), but we'll be witness to it's apex, or were already, time and historians will tell.

If you want to make a name for yourself, work on writing political commentary and post it to FR, you'll have a great feedback mechanism to enhance your oratory/wiriting skill. Take all fedback with a grain of salt. Good Luck in whatever you go for...

I think that it would be nice to have a thread for teenage Freepers. At my public school, I founded the Conservatives Club this year and by the end of the year we had 35 members. However, next year I am going to prep school in New Hampshire, and it is extremely liberal. I already had one of the teachers call my ideas wacko when I was vistiting. However, there are a few good conservative alumni at the school I am going to like Pete Coors, Judd Gregg, and Negroponte. So I think I can survive.
