Think I'll just call it a day...never know what traffic is going to be like.
Do you think the state of Kansas will mind if I bring back a couple of kudzu cuttings? :)
To: Bear_in_RoseBear
Holy smokes!
The mouse shorted it out!
Probably damaged more than just the modem too!

Godzilla looked different in the first movie than in the others--I wonder if that's why?

Hey, that motherboard looks just like a PCChips M585LMR.
One PCI slot, audio and gameport on a riser plate.
AT keyboard connector, onboard video.

"A portal in space time likely would emit all kinds of odd stuff like wide frequency sound that'd hurt your ears and vibrate the bones..)"
Except remember Flash can vibrate his molecules faster than the speed of sound--there was an FR physics thread on this somewhere. . .

If the portal could be opened at all, it likely would be fatal due to soft tissues and maybe even bones resonating.
(Unless one finds a way to make one safe from such harmonic resonance should it happen. Active cancellation?)

Unless one finds a way to make one safe from such harmonic resonance should it happen. You could harmonically resonate the whole reference frame by matching it to the frequency of dylethium crystals. . .

Um, Fedora... none of the pictures you've posted this afternoon have shown up. Just lots of little red Xs.

Uh, I think it is dilythium? ;)
To: JenB
"It's "dilithium", silly!"
Actually I dyed some lithium crystals, so the ones I have are dylithium. Then they got wet and I had to dry them off, which turned them into drylythium. Then I killed someone by telling too many of these jokes, so they became dielithium. . .
