Just about time to head home now. I'm gonna make a sort of lasagna for dinner...saw a recipe on another forum and decided it sounded good. You layer salsa and tortillas (whole wheat, since I'm doin' that diet) with a cottage cheese / sour cream mixture and ground beef, and chiles if you like 'em, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and bake it as a casserole. Nice and easy, and sounds like it could be tasty. My brothers are coming, so I get to make guinea pigs out of 'em. ;-)
