The Square Foot Garden idea would work well for you, Rosie. You'd only need to enrich a small amount of your yard, so you wouldn't need as much stuff. You can grow an amazing amount of veggies in a small area. There is a book called "Square Foot Gardening" and I bet you could find it in your library. It's over 20 years old now, cause I bought it when it was new, and we'd just moved into our first house in NJ.

You know Rosie, I bought a used copy of the Sq. Ft. Gardening book on eBay. At best, I'm not going to try it until next year. If you want I could send it to you and let you get all learned up and you could send it back whenever.
