I've had sashimi, which I understand is like sushi, but with cooked seafood instead of raw. I've had tuna and salmon in that. You can get trays of it at the grocery story nowadays in the Fish market. Trader Joe's also has it.
I like the vegetarian sushi as well. I've seen it done rather artistically. There's a sushi place in Worcester that I went to last year with a friend, so we might take the boys there sometime this week.

I like sashimi as well...tried raw fish and just couldn't swallow it...but I like the shrimp, eel, etc. The local HEB (a Texas grocery store for those who dont know) has a really nice sushi/sashimi bar. They fix spider rolls (using tempura fried softshell crab) which I absolutely love.
