I don't think I'm very good at sand castles. Is the water there really not too cold to swim in? I was planning to bring a swim suit also. The sundress that you liked is just a cotton one and wouldn't get hurt by playing in water or sand.... but, I was going to have some shorts and a top available there too because ya know, you can't exactly "sit" in all positions in a dress. 't's the only reason I was thinkin' I might wanna change clothes at some point. The dress wouldn't get hurt. hehehe

Which EXACTLY is why I don't recommend them! We have a ~few~ lawn chairs that will be spread around, but the best sitting opportunity is the rocks of the bulkhead, or sitting on the dock, or right on the sand or on the grass. I just don't want people fussy about whether they can just sit down all for the sake of wearing something 'nice' looking. Clam diggers, shorts, or if you MUST, a dress that is comfortable or long enough to straddle a rock in without ending up in Playboy. :~D
