If the air can be bent almost seemlessly around the craft, the disturbance would be small enough to not be detectable.

If the air can be bent almost seemlessly around the craft, the disturbance would be small enough to not be detectable. I'm pretty sure my Mustang does this, but I suspect it only works at ground velocities in excess of 130kts. I will continue to test and forward the results. :-)
