We are home! All is well... so far. I have not even attempted to catch up on the threads. I am restricted to going up and down stairs to the minimum. So, I am making this trip up the stairs count :-) I don't know if PE gave all the specs for Abigail, I am guessing he did, but I will add them anyway. She was supopsed to be induced, but the induction failed. After some deliberation we decided to go ahead with a c-section. The incision is a bit tender, but otherwise healing very well (egads, he stapled me together!).
Abigail Elizabeth Anne, born Tuesday 5/11/2004 at 4:15pm, weighing 9 lbs 5 oz, 20 inches long. (Head full of hair!)
All 10 fingers and all 10 toes present and accounted for.
Uh oh, "..I hear baby cry.... where there is baby, there are milk nearby..." (Siamese cats, Lady and the Tramp)
Time for more pain pills if I am going to do some walking. Later.
Glad to see you around! Hope you feel less sore soon! And again, congratulations! She's a darling...I'm looking forward to more pictures as the weeks go on.
Welcome home. Take it easy.
Wife did a five mile walk for the crisis pregnancy center just four weeks after Jr. was born. (it was an emergency c-section and she was pretty sick).
don't recommend doing that.
Congrats! I went back and looked at the pics ... what a little dumpling!! hehe
We are Siamese, if you please...I love that movie!!
Abigail was born half-growed with a head full of hair!! Glad you are doing well; take care of yourself. I'm sure PE and Elf-boy will help you in that regard!Congratulations to your family!
Please be sure to take it really easy on yourself, msdrby. Thanks so much for popping in and giving us the stats. That baby was HUGH!! ;-)
Did you get the package yet?
