I thank the lesser deities (whose nemesis, Phil the Prince of Insufficient Light, darns people to heck for brief periods in Dilbert) that I have thus far been spared that one.

Meanwhile, Larry the Cable Guy is holding forth on Comedy Central.

Rankin-Bass is the lesser evil. Trust me.
Yawn. Going to bed now for real.

Did you know that both the Bakshi and the Rankin-Bass have a 3-star rating on Netflix?
To: All
That does it for me; I'm whupped.
I really enjoy this and wish I could pop 'round more often.
Until next time...

I'd give 'em 3 stars! :) It's diluted Tolkien, but it's still Tolkien.

3 stars...
1 for animation effort
1 for musical effort
1 for even attempting to tackle Tolkien
Yup.. Sounds fair enough.

Although, we should really take these chat-views to the chat room so as not to have to change Hobbit Holes again so soon!

Next Sunday is a given :) But other than that, I mean. Too bad that Stephen King show isn't on anymore. BTW I was rereading King's Cycle of the Werewolf the other night. You ever read that or seen the movie version (Silver Bullet)?

Kingdom Hospital is gone already? What did I miss?
I haven't read any Stephen King lately. I think the last book I attempted was From A Buick 8, and I was bored to tears halfway through, so I put it down and never picked it up again.
I did see Silver Bullet many years ago, but it isn't my favorite King flick. I actually like the Creepshow movies, but Pet Sematary wasn't too bad on the scary-scale. At least back then. :-)

I missed it as well.
The evil from Moviedor was avoided.
