That breaks my heart. The poor thing. Ponying her with Bay isn't a bad idea. Having her friend there will probably give her confidence. How old is she?

Well, time has passed! She's an estimated 7 now. There has been great confusion over her age. When my friend bought her for her child, she was told she was six. And my vet told me she was only six last year when I had her teeth floated. I've had her 3 years, which means she was actually three years old when we plopped a kid on her.
She was bought at auction. A child rode her there in the ring and she was quiet as can be. (till the drugs wore off at home) :~\
