Monica Crowley
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

A perfect blend of knowledge, strong opinion and charm, Monica Crowley brings a new dynamism to 77WABC’s line-up. Monica began her career in radio on 77WABC as a frequent guest on the Batchelor and Alexander Show, where she captured the interest of 77WABC listeners and management alike. An intelligent, articulate woman, Crowley is a rare find in the talk radio world.

In a short period of time, Monica has developed a large following of WABC fans who enjoy her insight and intelligent analysis on the days news. Her program is heavily news focused, and is always breaking news before the major media find out about it.

Upon its launch in 1996, Crowley joined the Fox News Channel, where she continues to serve as a political and international affairs analyst. She holds two Masters degrees and a Ph.D. in international affairs from Columbia University. Crowley also worked as a Foreign Policy Assistant to former President Richard Nixon from 1990 until his death in 1994.

Crowley's experience with Nixon prompted her to write two best-selling books, Nixon off the Record: His Candid Commentary on People and Politics and Nixon in Winter. She has also written for The New Yorker, The Wall Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times, The Baltimore Sun and The New York Post.

Crowley has been a guest on the major TV and cable news channels, including ABC, NBC, FOX and HBO and worked as a commentator on National Public Radio’s Morning Edition for 4 years. This broadcast luminary will be shining for a long time to come.

If I had pretty blue band-aids, I would wear them, too.

You're right. He's had an active life outdoors, which has kept him healthy for so long, but there are consequences. President Reagan had to have a few spots removed if I recall correctly.
After he finished the 10K in under an hour, Gov. Perry stayed at the finish line to greet the other runners as they crossed, and he signed the numbers of the kids lining up for a 2K race later. Then he handed out the awards and posed for photos and gave a little speech about the lovely Americana displayed in a small town, Texas celebration. Also he restated his goal for Texans to transform themselves from the most obese state to the fittest.

HW's face reminded me of my gramp's after a lifetime of working the fields and the cattle: sombrero's are our skin's friends.

Email from sil:

Did I send this to you already? I can't remember.

NEW VIRUS Just got this in from a reliable source. It seems there is a virus called the "Senile Virus" that even the most advanced programs of Norton and McAfee cannot take care of it, so be warned. The virus appears to affect those of us who were born before 1960!

Symptoms of the Senile Virus:

1. Causes you to send the same e-mail twice.
2. Causes you to send blank e-mail.
3. Causes you to send e-mail to the wrong person.
4. Causes you to send e-mail back to the person who sent it to you.
5. Causes you to forget to attach attachments.
6. Causes you to hit "SEND" before you've finished the e-mail.

Remember???????????

I don't remember if I sent this one out......... I don't think I did...or did you send it to me??

Funny, I don't remember being absent minded...

God grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference.

Now that I'm 'older' (but refuse to grow up), here's what I've discovered:

1. I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it.

2. My wild oats have turned into prunes and All Bran.

3. I finally got my head together; now my body is falling apart.

4. Funny, I don't remember being absent minded...

5. Funny, I don't remember being absent minded...

6. All reports are in; life is now officially unfair.

7. If all is not lost, where is it?

8. It is easier to get older than it is to get wiser.

9. Funny, I don't remember being absent minded...

10. Some days you're the dog; some days you're the hydrant.

11. I wish the buck stopped here; I sure could use a few...

12. Kids in the back seat cause accidents.

13. Accidents in the back seat cause kids.

14. Funny, I don't remember being absent minded...

15. It's hard to make a come back when you haven't been anywhere.

16. The only time the world beats a path to your door is when you're in the bathroom.

17. If God wanted me to touch my toes, he would have put them on my knees.

18. When I'm finally holding all the cards, why does everyone decide to play chess?

19. Funny, I don't remember being absent minded...

20. It's not hard to meet expenses ... they're everywhere.

21. The only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth.

22. These days, I spend a lot of time thinking about the hereafter...I go somewhere to get something and then wonder what I'm here after.

23. I AM UNABLE TO REMEMBER IF I HAVE MAILED THIS TO YOU OR NOT!

24. Funny, I don't remember being . . . . absent minded...

Now, I think you're supposed to send this to 5 or 6, maybe 8, maybe 10, oh, heck, just send it to a bunch of your friends if you can remember who they are. Then something is supposed to happen..I think. Maybe you get your memory back or something! I think...

Loddy, the mods are only after us, not the freaks. Seems old Laz is using again, in my opinion.

No offense taken here.

That's what happens when you have a lifetime in the sun without proper screening and hatting.

I don't care if you're a president or a peon - uv rays will get'cha...sooner, or later, they'll get'cha.

They should have left the pic as a Public Service Announcement to be smart, when outdoors.

Loddy, President Bush just parachuted out of an airplane from 13,500 feet twice today at eighty years old. What do you think will kill him first...melanoma or his spirit of adventure and challenge? LOL
