Nope, never laughed at here! (well, until we get to know ya and you deserve it) We are a refuge. Glad you made it by and asked! If you don't ask you will never know, I skipped the post because I knew Hair would answer ya and I was working on our Hobbit Hole troop support. :-)

Is your auction sill going on, and is it going to benefit the troops? Yes, it goes on until a week from tomorrow. Every dime is going towards more knives. We've just adopted Jerry, a "civilian contractor", who has 1800 troops in a backwater of the war to look after.
I'll be posting current standings shortly.

That warm milk sounds extra yummy! I will have to try it tonight. It's getting to where I don't sleep much at night, between potty breaks and acid reflux. I get some of my best rest from 10am to 1pm. A glass of milk helps the reflux, but sorta increases the potty break aspect, LOL.
I have been getting a lot of night time reading in though :-) We need to think up a name for the milk... it doesn't contain beer, so it can't be of hobbit origin. Hmm, gotta be elvish. We have lembas bread already, could this be Lembas Juice? LOL!

Mail is suspended as all of the trucks are being attacked. Glad Lt. Brown is doing better. More prayers for both him and Pvt. Walsh.
Wneighbor, I'm still sending the money. You can send the package when it's safe to mail.
Stay safe, smaagee!

Sorry I missed it yesterdayHeh...I missed it too. I had to go cut the grass at the cozy contemporary cottage so I haven't been online until a few minutes ago.
Thanks for the well wishes. Looks like I'm still kicking around...

Maybe you can send some of that stuff to 300winmag's friend Jerry!

The other places are Afghanistan and that place 300WinMag mentioned in his post yesterday. The unidentifiable one.
I just got off the phone with Jill to see what news Tom had of the mail situation. Tom is going to try to find out more about whether his old platoon can get stuff but word is now that those guys have been sent to Fallujah. Prayers are needed by those guys I'm sure.

As of now, there are $30 bids on knives 4,5 and 6. The two fixed-blades, and the KA-BAR/Dozier folder.
