Well, we worked on the Pony Take a Bow 101 for about 20 minutes, and she did real good! She is a real good pony... she tries real hard, if I can just convince her that I am not trying to kill her, which she always suspects.

I started her out in her park-horse stack... which she already knows how to do. I thought it would be a good position to start from, but she was real reluctant to pick her feet up in this position... ("I can't stand like this three-legged!")

So we started again just picking her foot up from a normal position...

The goal for today was just to get her to trust me pulling her leg back, and start to rock her weight back a little. I think she did real good!

This was a good one, where she rocked back with me... Eventually, we'll get that knee on the ground ;~D

But this was a good pony for today.

Here is what we are aiming for... but this might take weeks!

I had a newsy email exchange with Chad's mom today. She says Chad hasn't gotten back with me about getting with the group because he's still very busy trying to get back into his normal life. Said he is going to email me as soon as things slow down. Then, I think ya'll will get to meet him! :-)
