Again, it really depends on the family - but in general, things that can be easily taught by question and answer - math and some sciences - would appeal more than something that needs to be covered in depth, like history.

Steve only has till next Wed of this semester. Gasp! This has been hard but not as hard as the last time he took two classes...
He gets in around 10-11pm every night now and said he's gonna be at it all weekend. I only see him in passing.
Not that the summer semesters will be much better, he's going to be working on his thesis all summer...
But it should be slightly better.

Well, she meant prolapse...it happens a lot with women after they have children, when they start to get older...you know, then they go in and have it surgically all put back? It's a pretty common ailment that can actually be lessened or prevented with exersize!

I've got some ideas on how to cover history in depth. I'll send them to you later and see if you have any ideas on how they might be geared towards that market.

Having babies and nursing 'em can reduce your risk of breast cancer. ;-)
My Mom also stopped having serious migraines after I was born. I'm sure I helped with OTHER kinda headaches, though.
I don't think health is guaranteed either way...

Risk of death is about the same, whether you have kids or not. Having my innards fall out is not something I want to happen to me, though.
Then again, neither is breast cancer.

Remember the story of Gideon's fleece? Mine is that, if this is not the Lord's will, I will not be invited to Houston, because if I do, I'll put my current job in jeopardy if not lose it outright.So...this will be your sign, hopefully, if you get the invitation, right?
Best of luck to you!

WOOHOO!!
I finally got a response to one of my resumes... have an interview for a temp-to-hire tech support job on Monday.
To: ecurbh
Most excellent! Congratulations!
Is it fairly close to home? And what is it, kind of a helpdesk position?

That's rough if you can't easily get the leave from your current job to go! I hope you have a pretty good idea you'll get the job before goin' to Houston...
