Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Still round the corner we may meet...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Jr. update...
Wife just called. It's tendonitis. So they put him in an ace bandage and gave him crutches for a few days. I still want him to see a sports doctor before he continues running.

You should get him to take up chess, or some other non-violent sport, before he kills himself.

Tendon injuries are a little tough in horses, I suppose they are in people too. Tendons don't have good blood supply and heal slowly.

See, that's what happens when you let geeks have weapons.LOL! I can just imagine if you started taking sword lessons to go with your manga--kinda like a Japanese version of Renfair :)
To: Fedora
Don't think I haven't thought about taking sword lessons... that or Celtic dancing.
I'm burning cd 2 of 6 for Scrapped Princess. Operation Virtual Animoot will begin tomorrow or Friday.

My favorite part of the ballgame....the bottom of the fifth.

Sword lessons! Sword lessons! Celtic dancing is cool, too. Can't wait for Operation Virtual Animoot! BTW did the second picture come through okay?
To: RMDupree
I am in class. Definitely here only part time. AND tonight is my night to close so I'll be here at least another hour and a half! *sigh*

Yep, worked perfectly.
I'm too clutzy for either sword or dancing. Though I guarantee you after watching all this anime, it'd be the sword lessons.

Ok, here's geeky: they played that chess game wrong. Harry, at the end, made a move he wasn't allowed to make.
