Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Still round the corner we may meet...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Wow, ksen, 14 post spam and you kilt the thread. You're a bad man. Did you just get back from a suspension or something? Or did some dwarf steal your login?

My sister jokes that she will become a pyschologist, and specialize in telling suicidal people that they are worthless, bad people. "You're a bad person" is her line.
After they change their will in her favor.
She's my favorite sibling, in spite of that.

"My ear" sounds like something that could be a term of endearment in another language.
"Och, no, mein ear...I would NEVER do anysink to hurt you!"
Sorry...it was the first thought that came into my head.

I went for another long walk...in the cold drizzle...very fast. Does that mean I don't hafta run?
Sigh...I should get back into that, I guess. Haven't run in a week, due to all the things I had going on around Good Friday and the Easter weekend. But walking is sooo much less boring and painful.

It's 70 today....'supposed to get to the 80's by the weekend.
To: RosieCotton
Sigh... I just can't manage it tonight. Still feelin' low, plus I have homework to get through real quickly so I can do better things. I'll really try to do something Friday.

It's somewhere around 40 here, which isn't THAT cold...but it's drizzling, too.
Supposed to get up to nearly seventy this weekend. That sure would be nice, but I'll believe it when and if it happens.

Yes, I was headache free today, but I did not sleep well last night and I'm just tired.

I'm not drawing it. Just reading it. And sorta writing it, but that's another issue.
I can't draw. Sigh.

I haven't been doin' the Flylady thing lately. I should. *sigh*
At least the living room is sorta clean, if cluttered. Having musicians over on Tuesdays means I gotta at least do THAT much. But since they're musicians and generally just as messy as me...I haven't tried as hard as I could. ;-)
