This kid likes gadgets. The geekier the better. I'd love a printer/scanner/copier but I can't quite justify the cost to myself. My computer doubles as entertainment station. At home, I'm wireless - can access internet anywhere. Including my bed, which is where I'm stretched out now.
Besides, the kid you saw probably has a cell phone, so who's talking? (I have one. It's on vibrate and nobody ever calls it, but if I get lost, it's there).

I know I sound ancient, and in computer terms, I am. But I'm still enthused about everything non-MAC. As far as MACs are concerned, it's like the British driving on the lefthand side of the road. You can do it, but what's it supposed to accomplish?
