Aha! I have broken your Dark Lord monopoly! :) Baron Karza was the Micronauts' version of Darth Vader, and actually looked remarkably like Vader and came out the same year, apparently independently by virtue of both drawing from the same Japanese villains. So you can add Karza to the list of Dark Lords :)
