That's an idea! Track for a week or two, that should give you a few ideas.
Also I have been told that weight lifting ends up making you burn more calories than running or other aerobic exercises, because you build muscle and muscle takes more calories to maintain. I don't know, one way or another, but I feel like my lifting-diet-running routine has to be doing something for me.

Tae-bo? Like, big kicks and stuff? Kinda. It's basically a combination of aerobics and strength training, I guess I'd say. This one was mostly lower body, which I'm assuming means the other video is more upper body. I faked quite a bit, though, mostly because I'm VERY uncoordinated, and by the time I figured out one move, they'd be on to another. If I did it a couple times a week I'd probably get it. May use that for my off days, since it pretty much is strength training.
