I went to a resteraunt on business and asked my translator to order for me. She told me that the special was dog. I asked her to order some other special. I never trusted food that was sitting around there -the climate is close to Siberia, so refrigerators are not great -they pickle everything. So she tells me the other special was fresh fish. The fish comes, and it is a gigantic broiled striped bass HEAD! Just the head. Complete with eyeballs. Traditionally, the Koreans sent the rest of the fish to Japan and ate the parts the Japanese didn't want. Their delicacies were developed in this fashion.
