The Newfy has a good chance of winning it. The judge judged the Working group last year and gave him the group so we know he likes the dog.

I've only been watching a few years, but is it common to have 4 repeaters? I don't seem to recall that during my short time watching

Is Harlan Pepper showing this year?? ;-)
To: not_apathetic_anymore
It is common to have repeaters but 4 is a lot.

Most labs get hyper among strangers. Mine go nuts when the housekeeping crew or the lawn crew come. They're uber-mellow around me. Right now, they're big fur puddles on the carpet in the family room.

Cool, Newf rarely win anything, they get bored and sit down, lick other dogs and display all kinds of bad behavior. I can get Maggie to do a trick maybe three times, then she looks at me like I'm crazy. Learns real fast, but gets bored fast too.
