I'll trade your A/C bills for my heating bills. Deal? ;-)

I was wondering how those heating bills compare to my A/C bills. At the end of summer last year my monthly a/c electric was over 350 for August and September, and started to go to mid 200's in October. I have to do something this year to lower that. I have choices in elec. companies now, and need to shop a lower price. And do some better insulation.

Wondering also if you guys pay different rates for the high demand times, like we do here. I pay a higher rate per kilowatt during the summer months. You would think, in bulk, I'd get a better price. Huh?
