You could just use the names of the Dwarves... or are those too short? Fili, Kili, Bifur, Bofur, Bombur...

That! Is a great idea... cept we have to have 8 characters and numerals... but that could definitely work. Each dwarf with an appropriate number to make it long enough...
.... but I can't change systems - cause I've had this one in process for like 3 jobs now and I don't want to memorize a new one! LOL
