I don't have that seasoning and can't count on it being at the store...but I have most of the ingredients. That's a good start - thanks!

I did brown it with a little flour before and cook it like that...it was vey good, and tender. This time I want to use a bit more seasoning. Only think I don't have is the coriander...but that IS something I could get...or substitute something else that smells right!

Check the spices section of the store. They might have the Steak Seasoning. It has a black lid and the label has a black background.
