We were checking out a piece of property last year. We didn't go with a realtor, just cruised by the place. Drove in a driveway of a house under construction next door and took a look at the rear of the property. There was a gully about 25 feet deep and there was so much junk in there it was sickening! There were bikes, bed frames, pieces of a car, mattresses. It was gross! Thankfully we didn't like the location anyway, but there's no way I would have bought that place!
