Question for ya...are you starting week 2 of that program on Monday? I started on Tuesday, but wouldn't normally be able to do anything on Tuesday...I'm thinking of counting that and starting week 2 on Monday. That way we'd be on the same schedule, for now anyway. Plus I could subtract one day from my total...

Reportin' in... did my workout. Ugh, I'm exhausted. But I did it, and really pushed myself on the last running bit, so I feel pretty good about it.
Gonna go fix some meat in a bit and eat it. Raw.
