Hey sq...been meaning to get back to your post from a couple of days ago asking how the kids liked homeschooling. We are doing well...I think you saw the girl's spelling list for this week and know that she missed 3 for her pretest...we'll see how she does for the actual test today. :-)
Our homeschool group met for the first time yesterday and I think we are really gonna like that. They meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
Anyway that is what is going on here. Now if I can just keep thenewboy from using the school books for a chew toy!

Now if I can just keep thenewboy from using the school books for a chew toy! When Joseph was little, I found some soft foam filled plastic books. They were great to put in the crib cause when they started sitting up, they could look at them and chew on them! The best part was they were washable!! I would read to them from the book, so they would get used to hearing the sounds for the shapes they were seeing.
