I agree with Jen, though...I know you guys are just jokin' around, but it isn't exactly a nice term.
Another of the kinda threads I shouldn't read here but do are the ones where people act like no one could possibly INTENTIALLY have more than one or two kids. My parents did...but that's hard for some to comprehend.

Umm...INTENTIONALLY.

Yeah, I suppose we two are probably oversensitive... but honestly, it was my parents' choice to have a big family, and nobody has any right to criticize that choice. We were never on welfare, either, which is something half the "anti-family" folks seem to think.
And there were a lot of people, when I was growing up, who thought that because there were 'so many of us' that it didn't matter if they called me by a sister's name, or a brother by the wrong name, either. And that hurt.

I can see your point but the word "litter" isn't meant to offend anyone or be negative.
I am from a huge family. My Dad is one of 9 kids and my Mom is one of 5. I have 3 bothers and 3 sisters. My family has a lot of kids. It is just what they do. But I didn't. And my family thinks I am mental because I had only one and when he turned two I had by tubes tied.

Hey! They're MY grandkids and I love every one of them! Tom wants a baseball team and I am anxiously awaiting the next 5! I can call 'em a litter if I want to and so can PQ. It may be a southern thing or a Texas thing but it is NO insult to speak of one's children that way here!
