Yes, I've had several pillows since it happened...I might could try elevating my head, but I think barring sitting straight up, I don't think it'd make any difference.

Still...what's a buckwheat pillow???

I'm afraid if I had a buckwheat pillow, I'd dream of pancakes all night! LOL

I sleep sitting up too, but that's a different story altogether. As for buckwheat pillows, they are great. They are sorta soft, and mold to your contour. Really good for those with feather allergies, though you don't have to worry 'bout that :p I gave my dad some mini pillows when he was having aches in his back. He would heat them up in the microwave and they retained heat very well. Don't know what happened to them, and have looked but not found any smaller pillows on sale. Wish I had one.

Buckwheat pillows are filled with buckwheat hulls. They are very 'formable', and you can nest your head right in them, but once it's nested, it stays. Check them out HERE
