We're fixing to build a 1500 sq. ft., 2 story addition on to our house, and I do mean WE! This was the first big step. Having Gimli around means we don't have to worry about whether or not the rental store has one available when we need to dig footings, the basement, re-grade the front and back yards and build a pond, etc. When we're done with all the work on the structure and the landscaping(in 3 yrs. or so) we'll just sell him!

We got a nice deal on a used one from a rental place. He's sorta banged up, but runs just fine!
