In my case, I've lost all of two pounds in the last month, ugh. I've still got a long way to go.

You're the type who loses weight under stress, maybe!Heh...I wish! Usually under stress I just up my chocolate and candy intake...but I'm giving it up for now, and there's nothing else that tempts me as much. So may just be a matter of eating better and being more active.
I think I want one more run at the current level. Though...if I feel upbeat on Monday, I might try week 4's workout. Are you planning on going ahead on Monday?
