I shipped another 6 knives and shears to Steve today as a test. They went insured again, but in a bigger, lighter package. With luck, they should arrive in about two weeks.

I'll try filing the insurance claim next Tuesday. They go out of their way to make claim-filing inconvenient, with hours of 8:30-10:30 M-F only. Working two day shifts a week puts a crimp in my PO visits.
