More details, as promised.

I thinking hard about taking it. The pay is a slight increase, but the benefits are better. Among other things, the new place has a 401k available, my current employer has no retirement plan of any sort. I took the current job a year ago, because I was working for a company that went into Chapter 11, and has since failed as far as I know.

Another thing is the commute. I currently travel 30 miles each way in horrendous traffic, the new place would be 10 miles closer and on the same side of Dallas that I live on.
