Well...I moved Wednesday to Thursday since it wasn't gonna work out on Ash Wednesday, and did my third workout today. I'm repeating this week for sure. The other weeks were hard, but this week was really hard. I don't think I'm ready to push any harder, especially as my legs are still hurting towards the end of the long intervals. So...week three again next week.
On the bright side, though I don't know that I've lost any weight, my clothes seem looser and I feel more energetic. So it's working, if slowly!
