Hullo Everyone!
Hair here, from the beach house, where ~nothing~ is happening... there will be no bulkhead building today. They will come tonight at the negative tide to look at the beach.... the barge they are bringing in is 80 x 150 feet long, and there appears to be some controversy over exactly when and where to ground it. The boat captain wants to look for himself.

Oh, you know what I mean! We have to get a permit just to build a tool shed in our back yard (though thankfully not a chicken coop, or dog house.)
