I just wish the library catalog hadn't partially spoiled it. They list the categories it falls under, and one is "Black Death". So I already know that much. Grr...

Better than that stupid Cupid who was here before.

Well, the fact that she ends up at the Black Death isn't that huge a deal. It's supposed to be a surprise but my copy proclaims it loudly on the back cover, so...

At four, I'm gonna go locate that book.

Also borrow the next few episodes of "The Prisoner". It's vey corny, but kinda entertaining just the same.

OK, got it. Probably will start it Sunday.

I'm up to Miracle Max's in Princess Bride. The Zoo of Death was scary. I don't like spiders...

Well. I got my office type furniture moved in the den. I can't make my rocking chair fit into the space cause now I have to have room to turn around. I think I need a new chair... I like my rocker though.

I still have stacks of stuff to put up that I moved so I could do this... but, that's all just leftovers. I can sit quietly without physical labor and do that. I dunno, I could watch a movie or something. Know any good ones? With elves or something? *grin*

See ya!

Isn't "The Princess Bride" subtitled "The Good Parts Version"? I'm considering doing the reverse for my writing class... adapting a story I've been working on and taking out all the good bits to get it under the word count.

I got Legally Blond 2...waiting to watch it with Steve.

I want to get my bathroom mopped before I quit for the weekend! Then I'm gonna get Steve to lug my sewing machine in from the shop and set it up for me...I'm bound to cover that footstool!

You know I was talking about the dust ruffles last night. Problem for the lazy elf. I washed my sheets today... and took the floral dust ruffle off my bed. BUT, whyever would I want to unmake and remake the *other* bed when I just washed and made it last week and it hasn't even been so much as sat upon?

No no no --- not just to get my dust ruffle. That is *not* a good enough reason!

Hey sq...been meaning to get back to your post from a couple of days ago asking how the kids liked homeschooling. We are doing well...I think you saw the girl's spelling list for this week and know that she missed 3 for her pretest...we'll see how she does for the actual test today. :-)

Our homeschool group met for the first time yesterday and I think we are really gonna like that. They meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.

Anyway that is what is going on here. Now if I can just keep thenewboy from using the school books for a chew toy!

But, Myranda and I loved the first one cause Elle is just *so* Jill!! I mean, you see that character, and you've seen Jill!!! Smart as a whip. But, gees on the girly dingy!

I've always got sewing projects going on. Yes, I am one of those people who start things and don't finish before starting something else. But, eventually, I get around to finishing - most things. I have a lot of years left before I die. It will all get done! HA!
