Hi Bear! Anything interesting going on down Austin way right now? Have you and Rose talked more about coming up to moot in Ft. Worth with PE, msdrby and I at the Mexican food joint?

We need to get that on the calendar. I'm thinking Rose said something about the last weekend of the month. And msdrby and I are also figuring out when we're going to do Taquito Moot.

Every IT dept I've worked in before has been HIGHLY addicted to caffeine.

That's what I thought. When our IT guy comes to our campus I make him a pot of coffee in my office. A bit stronger than what we get in the bosses office. He usually stays around and chats till we've finished the whole pot! But, then, he's a weapons nut, his wife and daughter have become friends of mine, and we've got lots to talk about.

We're having one of those odd days where the temperature changes a LOT from morning to mid-day. It was close to five below when I got here this morning...now it's over 20 and feels fairly warm.

Me too! I am beginning to wonder if the scars are gonna fade or not!

Reminds me a little of the horrible flea infestation at a barn I hung out at when I was a kid. I actually started wearing flea collars around each ankle when I went to the barn.

Sporadic is *much* better than working all day!! I'll take that. Sorry to hear you'll be so busy the next coupla days though. I keep intending to take a picture of Rebecca's picture on my fridge so you can show her. Need to do that this week.

AND, am working on putting a Hobbit Hole gallery on part of a wall in my den. Got Hair's Flat Frodo collage printed and several 5 x 7's and 8 x 10's from entmoot already up there. Got Becky climbing up the sand on the beach there. She's so CUTE!

When I get it done I'll take a picture of the whole thing and post that so you can see... and show Becky that I've got her picture on my wall! I decided I wasn't going to make it only entmoot cause that leaves out too many of us. I've got 2J and me from when I went to Tulsa and a few photos of Bear and Rose. Lots of cool pictures from fish moot. I've gotta print those and add those too. Can you tell I'm having fun with this? I've got the Hobbit Hole on the wall right here in the den where I talk to ya!

Mine are fading, but very slowly. They look terrible though, especially on someone like me that is always wearing open style shoes!

I have to get down to the beach and soak them in seawater for an hour (not too deep though, or else sharks will bite me) and then tan my feet until the skin is as dark as the scars! Then no one will notice them anymore!

If ya think about it tell Dona that I'm willin' ta come be an extra set of hands getting ready for the weddin'. According to my work schedule for the summer I could fly on Thursday. My classes are set in stone now. I teach Monday and Wednesday during the summer. I have a sub who's willing to teach for 2 days for me *if* the boss approves. Shouldn't be a problem if I wait to catch him in a good mood. Too soon to ask now.

But, if I teach the Wednesday before the wedding I can still be there to help Dona a day early. If she needs it.
