Bratwurst! America can NOT Americanize that particular kind of food. You have to go to Germany for that kind of delicious, yummy-to-my-tummy food! ...I best stop talking about it, eh? I just wish there was an authintic restuarant here in town as well...:(

I also miss really fresh, made-at-that-restaurant sauerkraut. I know a lot of people can't stand the stuff, but I love it.
