Thickly populated with libs? *Stares*

Sure, the state goes Dem in the presidential races, but that's because of Philly. We have an evil governor but the republican guy didn't even try. We also have one of the best senators in congress!

Other than the three cities themselves, PA's a pretty conservative state. It's actually got a large, well, redneck population is the shorthand. People who'd fit right in in Arkansas or wherever. Good folks, some of them, just not what you think of when you think Yankees.

I admit, I am a Yankee, like you didn't know that after Entmoot... but really, we're not that liberal!

I have an office in Philly... and frankly... its a pain in the asterisk.

Philly is a "union" town in sorta the way that the Vatican is a "catholic" town. I went there a couple years ago to connect up the LAN in our new office, and I had to close and lock the door to the network closet while I was working in there... because if any of the UNION electricians had happened to see ME in there setting up MY NETWORK they would have WALKED OFF THE JOB. Nevermind that NONE of the UNION labor there was qualified for low-voltage networking. Nevermind that.
