The worst was probably a gal who did a concert here this winter...Cathy Ryan. She has a GORGEOUS voice and does a mix of Irish ballads (some in Gaelic) and her own work. She did a poem about mothers that she had put to music and brought me to tears. I just HAD to tell her about it, and I think she was moved...but of course I was stammering and practically shaking both because I was talking to a "celebrity" and because of the subject matter!

I still want the CD that has that song. I don't even remember the words, but it was lovely.

There's an author I'd really love to meet, but I know if I did I would be reduced to a stuttering mess, because she leaves me in awe...
