Your soup sounds really good.... cept for the chicken stock.

I would have used beef broth if I'd had it. All I had was chicken. :)

I've decided to make black bean soup...some for a snack later, but mostly for tomorrow and later this week. I don't have as many good things to put in mine as you did, but it should still be good!
